The instructions are clear and well thought out. The included PDF was helpful for distributing the plan to other care givers. (Go to chapters when you're listening and you'll see the PDF)
The hardest part for my son was he didn't want to drink anything, so it took a little longer than 3 days for him to get the hang of it; without as many opportunities to teach him.
I will definitely use this method with my other 2 boys when they're old enough.

terrible choice of narrator

The author is good, but the narrator made it sound sad and cynical instead of ironic and funny. Not nearly as good as go the f--k to sleep narrated by Samuel L Jackson.
