Poor choice of narrator

The protagonist is supposed to be American but the narrator I think is Australian. She does a poor job of Midwest and East Coast accents. She confuses the accent so that at times a single person will have two different accents within the same monologue.
She is does a poor job of cadence and pauses. She rushes into next sentences so you don’t know where a sentence end and the next one begins.
I would never listen to an American based story by this narrator again it was difficult and frustrating to listen to.
