This world has declared war on our children. Every day, on a multitude of battlefronts, Satan is deploying weapons of mass corruption against our children. Modern culture has been systematically designed with an agenda that is anti-God, anti-Christ, and anti-Scripture, intended to corrupt young and impressionable hearts and minds. Christian parents cannot simply float passively along with the drift of our culture. As God’s people, we need to teach our children God’s Word; give them wise and biblical guidance; and above all, show them our extravagant love.

This was well written and laid out for easy listening and comprehension. The truth of this “war” and how we must stand and persevere through all the challenges is far from easy, but wow, this book reinforced what we knew to be true, and has felt like a giant hug of encouragement to us as parents in this world. Thanks Pastor John for writing this great book. :)

I was able to listen for first 4 days, then it just stopped working. And I can’t open it, it just shut down. I feel very jipped of a credit used to get this and can’t listen anymore. Not a very happy customer. :(
Would like to be refunded or have this fixed so it will work!

I have read and listened to several “homeschool” books for tips and encouragement, and many are helpful in various ways....BUT, THIS BOOK HIT EVERY ANGLE AND MADE ME CRY, MADE ME LAUGH, SMILE AND INSPIRED ME TO MARCH ONWARD, TO BE BRAVE FOR MY KIDS, TO ENJOY THIS JOURNEY WE ARE ON....to embrace every single moment....from the messy moments, to the more organized ones....to take time to truly enjoy the grass under our bare feet and soak up the sounds of summer nights, catching lightning bugs, and painting our own Picasso’s outside....etc. it’s just SUCH A RICH AND WELL LAID OUT BOOK! EVERY HOMESCHOOLING MAMA SHOULD READ/LISTEN!! PURE EXCELLENCE!!! I plan to read/listen annually!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Before this book, I didn’t think of myself as an “introverted mom” - so I honestly don’t know why I even chose to read/listen to this to begin with!?
Except that God was directing me to do so!
And WOW!! I am SO GLAD I DID!!!
I have laughed, cried, been deeply encouraged and swept away with realizing that I AM an introverted mom after all!!! This book has brought GREAT COUNSEL to my heart!! I am the mom of 6 kids, and am so thankful for every chapter this book holds!! I didn’t want it to end!! I will listen to this several more times I am sure!! What ENCOURAGEMENT & FREEDOM this book has brought to my soul!!!
I would encourage every mom to listen to this, even if you THINK you’re not an introverted mom!!! You might be surprised like I was to learn more about myself as I listened....my heart melted into new levels of encouragement!!!! READ/ LISTEN!! You won’t regret it!!
