I got a lot out of this book. The core insight—that innovation and collaboration flourish when individuals feel safe to share their ideas without fear—will be familiar to many, but in my experience, we need so much more of this in our personal and professional lives. Listening to this book really brought it home to me how important it is to create that environment of safety. Moerlein looks at every scale—the personal, the team, the enterprise—and provides practical advice for how to promote psychological safety that I found immensely useful. Recommended for anyone interested in building stronger teams and organizations.
