As a man with high standards for companionship for myself and my lover it’s refreshing to hear a ladies experience of the negative experiences platonic/sexual consensual and rape with a raw unabridged honesty that doesn’t shy away from the trauma or emotions that a person can feel without watering it down in any way
It feels like looking behind the curtain on a person that I only got to see on the stage (pun intended) it’s exactly what I wanted, exactly what I needed

The book goes into explicit detail about the nuance of oral stimulation and it is a book every straight man should read at least once, however, there are also heavy undertones about certain frames of mind that DO NOT work for a man UNLESS his companion is naturally in their masculine frame. My only point is that yes should follow the practical teachings of this book for sure but in the most chill terms; if you have a vibe that doesn't compliment the energy of the woman you're with it isn't a good idea. The story about Tomas sacrificing his future to live with that woman does not sound right. It sounded like he gave up what he wanted in life to be with someone, no man OR woman should ever do that.
