A Must Read for all types of Leadership

While I am not a pastor, I lead small groups and this book is a blessing and gives courage to walk in my calling. There was so much here giving access to where I've missed the mark and how I can grow in areas that were blind spots to me. I'm called to love well and be a good steward with what God trusts me with.
