Historia
It’s not easy making the career jump from office-supplies-store middle manager to heroic interdimensional adventurer. At least, Jason tries to be heroic, but it's hard to be good when all your powers are evil. He’ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters...and that’s just on the first day. He’s going to need courage, he’s going to need wit, and he’s going to need some magic powers of his own. But first, he’s going to need pants.

There’s 0 plot in this novella. It’s all sex lol. It’s still a fun listen but I don’t always like the nonstop sex with no story.

Historia
Sometimes the worst storms aren't from Mother Nature, and sometimes the worst nightmares aren't the ones in our heads. Mike Mitchell, an average New Yorker already struggling to keep his family together, suddenly finds himself fighting just to keep them alive when an increasingly bizarre string of disasters starts appearing on the world's news networks. As both the real world and the cyber world come crashing down, bending perception and reality, a monster snowstorm cuts New York off from the world, turning it into a wintry tomb where nothing is what it seems.

I’m a tad conflicted on this one. I did enjoy the story and it kept me hooked. But the characters are frustrating making silly and stupid mistakes constantly. Few of the characters are likable which is tedious imo. So I liked it and I didn’t 🤷🏻♀️
The narrator was decent tho. A saving grace.

I really enjoyed the chemistry between the characters. It was well written. A nice sexy romantic read.
I liked the narrator. Although he needs to work on varying his voices.

Loved these books. Took me awhile to warm up to the narrator tho. I wasn’t a fan of how he did some of the voices. Eventually it stopped bugging me. I had to speed up the audiobook because it was just way to tedious at normal speed.

Meh
Revisado: 01-10-20
Ok so the information here is definitely worth knowing but I’m not sure it’s worth suffering through the authors pompous delivery. The first few chapters are simply self praise, it’s irritating and off putting. As someone who’s educated myself on 9/11 there wasn’t much here I didn’t already know. And I wasn’t interested in hearing how awesome the author thinks she is.
Narrator was pretty good
