Fun, Fast Paced and Entertaining Story

I enjoyed this book....from page one it grabbed your attention and never let go....well-narrated by R.C. Bray (one of the best), and has a "stranger things" vibe. It never slows down, has very likable characters, and has a satisfying conclusion. I highly recommend this book.

Crammed and 8 hour audio book into 12 hours

Just not well written or well narrated. I quit the book with 34 minutes left because I did not care how it ended. Scot Brick is one of my favorite readers but even he couldn't bring any interest to this story.

Fun Read

Reading this book was like binging my favorite Netflix-type show. Once you get engaged, the book was hard to put down. It was fun, well-written, and action-packed with interesting characters and dialog. I recommend this book...just relax and have fun.

Fair story, annoying narration

This was an interesting, not riveting, story. I think three stars says it all. The male narrator sounded the same in all the parts he narrated. It was difficult to tell any male characters apart. Story was ok, a little hokey and two dimensional. Overall, a fair read and I would recommend it at that level.

Fun, emersive read

I have really enjoyed John Grisham's new books, especially this one where it's both entertaining and a learning experience. You learn so much about the modern court system while at the same time being thoroughly entertained with very well crated drama.

Fun read, interesting concepts

I liked this book even though I think it was written for a younger audience. I still found the characters interesting and, well, real. The narrator was good and added a "personality" to the story. I'm looking forward to the next installment.

No, probably not.

Would you ever listen to anything by John Grisham again?

Of course, his other books have been wonderful reads. This one, not so much.

What three words best describe January LaVoy’s performance?

OK, but her male voices are annoying and her female character was really shallow.

Could you see Camino Island being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

I certainly hope not.

Any additional comments?

This book wasn't bad, it was just boring, and not very "Grisham like". Nothing interesting ever happened. Unless you like to read dialog of people sitting around getting drunk, etc., you probably should avoid this book.

Great unique sci fi story

What made the experience of listening to We Are Legion (We Are Bob) the most enjoyable?

The author (story, characters) match up very well with the narrator. The story is very interesting, based on a lot of science and is actually somewhat unique. And it's a fun read.

Who was your favorite character and why?

All of the Bobs.....each one is a unique character

What does Ray Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Ray is a great narrator and actually very funny or witty in his presentations. His characters in this book are all interesting and have that "edge" that only Porter can bring.

A book for the kid in all of us.

Well written and well read. A fun, entertaining book. I recommend this read to anybody who enjoys a well crafted story. And the geeky 80's references were spot on.
