Going 100 mph
Revisado: 06-16-19
Compared to the other classes, this one went much faster and was really hard to follow. Had to finish half way through due to frustration. First time that’s happened with this classes and I’ve done half of them already.

Historia
What does everyone in the modern world need to know? Renowned psychologist Jordan B. Peterson's answer to this most difficult of questions uniquely combines the hard-won truths of ancient tradition with the stunning revelations of cutting-edge scientific research. Humorous, surprising, and informative, Dr. Peterson tells us why skateboarding boys and girls must be left alone, what terrible fate awaits those who criticize too easily, and why you should always pet a cat when you meet one on the street.

A book to live by not just listen to
Revisado: 11-08-18
Although there were a few points I didn't agree with, overall it was a very eye opening work of literature and an instant classic. do yourself a favor and listen to it, many times!

Some great leadership concepts
Revisado: 10-03-18
The book has some good leadership concepts like the extreme ownership, decentralized leadership, and keeping it simple. The recording from Joko kept breaking out every other sentence which made it difficult for listening. Some of the concepts were overly simplistic with not a lot of help for implementing them. The war stories got repeative at times, especially in the way they were described. Overall, it felt short when compared to lot of the great leadership books. Worth the read if you are big fan of military story telling but grab the book and not this poor recording.

Historia
Man’s Search for Meaning is the chilling yet inspirational story of Viktor Frankl’s struggle to hold on to hope during the unspeakable horrors of his years as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps. Between 1942 and 1945 Frankl labored in four different camps, including Auschwitz, while his parents, brother, and pregnant wife perished. Based on his own experience and the experiences of those he treated in his practice, Frankl argues that we cannot avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.
