This book is not a quick read, or an easy one. This book is more like a reference book, but has more to it. You must listen this book slowly and with a great deal of considerable thought. Practice the exercises. This is a book that has to be digested, thought about, talked about and internalized the message. Wonderful book. One of the top I have ever read. I sometimes think of it as the Eastern 'Course in Miracles', for me. Very easy to listen, full of insight and guidance for those seeking their inner selves. This book gets you direct contact with a true Master.

Excellent and practical - unlike some books on communication, this one covers a host to personality types and how to communicate with them successfully It would be helpful if this book were required listen in middle school. It should also be required reading for anybody studying business or trying to manage people. This is definitely one of the best books about "social graces" on the market. Overall I was very satisfied with all the content given in this book as it exposed me to ideas and concepts that I would have never came up with myself. it is a wonderful book. what i liked so much about it is that it has specific examples on what to do on a specific situations.

I started the book several months ago and like that I can access any of it at any time, on demand, based on a specific need. The short exercises are super helpful in getting you through a tough moment, but also help to establish new patterns of thinking . Tips and recommendations on the awareness of myself and my emotional intelligence helped me to better understand myself and my emotions. Applying some principles of cognitive behavioral therapy helped me get rid of some of my fears. I love this book.

Helpful in working with clients. , I found this set of books. In this book you get some idea about how to train our brain to eliminate anxiety. This book was so important to that public who live anxiety life. he author has discussed this topic very well for your better understanding. I liked the relaxation techniques given in this book if someone feels anxiety increasing rapidly, I think it will really work. Basically the thing is we don't know how to handle these. After listen this book i understood how i can use cognitive behavioral therapy to overcome anxiety, depression and phobias.

This shows the usual diets as the sham that they are and offers habits you can adopt for a lifetime. Time will tell if it works, seems you still need a bit of motivation to change your habits For everyone who struggles with weight-loss and cravings a must-read book. Seriously, in my estimation you wont find a better weight loss strategy anywhere else. Three months later, I am 11 lbs lighter, while never feeling deprived or missing any food I like. The strategies in the cravings chapter are invaluable to me. I highly recommend this book.

Loving this book and recommending to my own nutrition clients! I had already been moving to a more realistic approach with them, and this just cemented what I felt in my gut---gone are the days when I am willing to put someone on an entire life overhaul regimen...only to see them "fail" and "fall off the wagon" later for not being perfect. This book is amazing. It's well written and fun to read. Most importantly is that his ideas really work. You have to retrain your brain for lasting success in anything and this book shows you how. It's fun, simple, and empowering.
