Historia
Blair Braverman fell in love with the North at an early age: By the time she was 19, she had left her home in California, moved to Norway to learn how to drive sled dogs, and worked as a tour guide on a glacier in Alaska. By turns funny and sobering, bold and tender, Welcome to the Goddamn Ice Cube charts Blair's endeavor to become a "tough girl" - someone who courts danger in an attempt to become fearless.

This book is extraordinary. An insightful, sometimes wrenching, sometimes joyful glimpse into an unusual and remarkable life.

Historia
Andrew didn’t realize he might be autistic until his girlfriend, Michelle, approached him about it months into their relationship. No amount of life experience could’ve prepared Michelle for the confusion she felt while dating Andrew, as he was unlike any man she had ever dated before. The thought never dawned on her that she could fall deeply in love with a man who was autistic or that he might be unaware of this, even into his 30s.

Hilarious, riveting, informative

What a delightful read. I don’t normally love a rom com, but this story was hilarious and utterly charming, and I learned a lot about neurodiversity in relationships. A truly fun read; I’d love to see a movie of this one!

Really racist

I’m surprised a publisher opted to make an audiobook of this in 2020. It’s quite troubling.
