This was a fun, quick, YA sci-fi novel. It seemed like a first book for the author but it was much better than most of the other sci-fi books by other unknown authors. I would definitely read the author’s next book.

Having grown up in the outskirts of Galveston County, this is my favorite science fiction book of all time. I literally emailed Bruce asking him if he'd ever consider bringing this title to audible and he said it wasn't going to happen. I owe whomever convinced him to change his mind a Texas Sized T-Bone Steak! I do not think I have heard anything by Rebecca Mozo before but she did great. If you only ever buy one audio book in your entire life, buy this one!

This was an amazing book. I had never heard of Steve Toutonghi, but this book is the novel I've waited for my entire life. I don't want to give away too much, but if you have ever enjoyed sliders, or the Dark Mirror Episodes of star trek and thought, "I wish their was a scientifically accurate version of this concept somewhere," this is that book!

I had never heard of the author before, and the plot sounded like a rip off of Altered Carbon. But I took a chance on this and I'm so glad I did. This was one of the most refreshing, original stories I have heard since Becky Chamber's debut novel.
The pacing was great, the characters were relatable and the ending was perfect.
I am looking forward to watching what the author does in the future because I know it will be great!
