Didn’t like it. Sounded pseudo scientific. Felt like hes tryibg to sell you on his overpriced ineffective hypothesis.

I finished this book in ONE setting. Doug talks about topics that are so crucial and obvious yet no one talks about them. His journey of self discovery is inspiring and beautiful. Very eye opening book. Everyone needs to read this.

I read The Truth by Neil Strauss first. It was an incredible read. I wondered about life. I was amazed. I was shocked. Many times laughed and finally there were moments so sincere, that i balled in to tears!

So then i decided to read this book and even though im reading these books in the wrong order, i loved this book. Im not taken by his pua skills, i appreciate this guy as an incredible writer. He is good. Really fucking good. At writing.
