Costello and Richards hit another home run or whatever the equivalent is in cricket. Jack and Sarah at it again In Cherringham, solving crimes and mysteries. Dudgeon's narration is always tremendous

One of the greatest writers, one of the finest narrators, and the best Christmas Story. It would be impossible to go wrong. l listen to it every year. It will infuse one with the true spirit of Christmas.

One Great Series

It has wonderful characters which are fun to revisit.
Finally, it has fun mysteries that are well plotted out.

It's not for me. it wasn't bad just not my kind of story. I simply didn't like the book or the characters.

Sanderson & Kramer a good combo

The story had some nice twists and unexpected turns in the mystery. I don't want to give anything away, but Sanderson pleasantly surprised me. I look forward to the next title in this series.

As for Michael Kramer, he is always one of the best voices in narration from his timber to his subtle differences in differentiating between characters.

I think most young adults and adults would enjoy listening to this series.

Too long and too rambling

It should have been a short story. I listened to about 1/2 of it and then skipped to the last couple of chapters, and I don't feel like I missed anything but the antagonists continually droning on about his superiority.

I’m not sure how you include the Dickens’ story as a Christmas Story. It had nothing to do either Christmas, Hanukkah, or any other holiday. It would have been a good Halloween release. The narration was great throughout the book except for the last bit which I didn’t enjoy or find clever.

What disappointed you about Behind Closed Doors?

I just simply didn't buy into the story. I don't want to give anything away about the plot, but I found it inane and predictable.

Would you ever listen to anything by B. A. Paris again?

Probably not.

Have you listened to any of Georgia Maguire’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Georgia's narration was the best part of the book, but I haven't heard any other of her performances.
