I very much enjoyed this book. I thought it was excellent! I won't go into long explanation as I'm learning less is more when done right. So I'll just say this... this book covered this topic in great depth in terms that anybody can understand and grasp. however, although it was covered in great depth everything was concise and to the point. Tim Grover's No nonsense approach to achieving greatness and teaching others how to do so it's to the point and takes out all the fluff. I like that. I highly recommend

I loved the breakdown of concepts and principles lauds out. I also really appreciated the additional details of how to utilize those concepts and principles as a strategy. I strategic and systematic approach to combat is my preferred method over just embracing fucking chaos and using whatever comes to mind in the fray. sometimes that's necessary and you don't have a choice, but most of the time you can avoid that kind of situation if you're always a step ahead of your opponent.

Another Dabaher Masterpiece
Revisado: 05-23-24
every principal and concept that John covers is not only practical but immediately applyable in training. I've witnessed this first hand. I've been a high-level guy on the mat for quite a while now. however, there's always room for growth and improvement. it's a lifelong journey that were never going to perfect. John's principles and concepts when applied correctly work at the highest level. I will be making an effort to practice them in my own training and when I compete. I highly recommend listening to the Danaher Diaries.

I found this book to have a profound impact on the way I process information and how I go about both grasping and then mastering new skill sets. I've always been a bit of a renaissance man myself in terms of being able to acquire many skill sets at a high level versus just being really good at a few things. however, sometimes the learning curve for certain skill sets was much more difficult. josh was able to teach the art of learning in a way that is easy to apply. thank you for this excellent work. I highly recommend!
