You're lucky to have stumbled upon this book on audible. This is a book that should be listened to instead of read. I found the stories so moving and so very necessary for people to hear. The amount of research and information to sort through for writing this book must have been enormous... but the finished product is so very valuable to understanding each other's perspectives. So thankful for those that made this book possible. Very well done.

I really appreciated reading this book. I live in a very white world and want to do better to love and uplift people of color in my community. I'm thankful for the many books available to educate me on how to join the dismantling of white supremacy. I'll be valiantly working on finding and using my "Shut the f$ck up" voice for good in this world.
