A Positive Guide for Children with Dairy Allergies

What made the experience of listening to Dairy Free and Happy! the most enjoyable?
This audiobook version is narrated by Sarah McNamara. Her tone throughout is as upbeat and positive as the book itself.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
The entire book, from beginning to end, was full of positivity.
What does Sarah McNamara bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
At points, you can quite almost imagine the gigantic smile on her face as she reads the text. I'm certain that this will appeal to young children who may be feeling down about their medical condition.

Historia
Bryan Cranston landed his first role at seven, when his father, a struggling actor and director, cast him in a United Way commercial. Soon Bryan was haunting the local movie theater, memorizing and reenacting favorite scenes with his older brother. Acting was clearly the boy's destiny - until one day his father disappeared. Suddenly destiny took a backseat to survival. Seeking something more stable, perhaps subconsciously trying to distance himself from his absent father, Cranston decided on a career in law enforcement.

Historia
The culmination of nearly 30 years of reporting on Donald Trump, Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter David Cay Johnston takes a revealingly close look at the mogul's rise to power and prominence. Covering the long arc of Trump's career, Johnston tells the full story of how a boy from a quiet section of Queens, New York, would become an entirely new and complex breed of public figure. Trump is a man of great media savvy, entrepreneurial spirit, and political clout. Yet, his career has been plagued by legal troubles and mounting controversy

A factual account of why one should not vote Trump
Revisado: 10-15-16
Would you consider the audio edition of The Making of Donald Trump to be better than the print version?
Joe Barrett's interpretation of what Donald Trump sounds like. Hahaha!
What did you like best about this story?
It's a never-ending onslaught of all the reasons Donald Trump is unfit to hold any public office.
What about Joe Barrett’s performance did you like?
Whenever the man reads a Donald Trump quote -- it's like a weird combination of Donald Trump and Wilford Brimley. It's fantastic!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Unfortunately not. But this has nothing to do with the book itself or the narration. It's just that one can't possibly be assaulted with so much Trump at once. I needed a break from time to time, as I hope you can understand.

Be sure to go vote on November 8th!

Great narration makes for a great audiobook!
Revisado: 10-09-16
Where does Omari and the People rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Performance-wise, Omari and the People may actually make this my favorite audiobook I've ever listened to! The narration of Curt Simmons is spot-on throughout the 11 1/2 hour run-time.
What other book might you compare Omari and the People to and why?
I'd actually compare Omari and the People to specific parts of the Old Testament (particularly, The Book of Exodus) -- but exciting and not religious.
Have you listened to any of Curt Simmons’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not, but I can't wait to check out his back-catalogue!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Every moment in which Omari decided to do the right thing for the right reason, rather than to revert back to his previous self.
Any additional comments?
I would recommend Omari and the People to anyone who says that they don't like audiobooks because they're lifeless and dull. Simmons's narration will be sure to change their mind!
