So Much Going On

My spouse introduced me to the Darkness Within Saga when it began and we have been hooked ever since. There is a lot going on in all of the books, but they're all woven together so intricately in a way so that the reader(or listener) can keep up with each character and event. Characters are written and described in a way that they are not forgotten. The narrator did a superb job with character voices and their voice is just nice to listen to any way.

Not only an I'm sad that this saga has ended, but it also ended in an way that was almost heartbreaking and it would have been so if not for the undercurrents of hope. It's not a happy ending and it fits the story perfectly. However I can see where there may be some readers that would probably feel that the ending felt rushed. I loved it though and that's my opinion so there ya go.
