Some infuriating details

If I have to hear this narrator say "clouds the color of battleships" one more time I might scream.
Also within the space of 5 minutes, the author incorrectly described thunder happening first then followed by lightning. That's not how it works. that was such a ridiculous error and should have been caught in editing.
There are also innumerable jaw cracking yawns.
The author needs to figure out some other descriptors.

I've never done acid, but this book has to be the closest thing to an acid trip that I could imagine. The accents are very hard to understand and the story is just completely incomprehensible. I have no idea what I just listened to.

Yes
Did Holter Graham do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Not great - sometimes the same character sounded like different people; it was inconsistent. His attempt at French accents was like a caricature - overdone and almost comically stereotypical.
