Historia
After Paul Stutzman finished hiking the Appalachian Trail, he found himself longing for another challenge, another adventure. Trading his hiking boots for a bicycle, Paul set off to discover more of America. Starting at Neah Bay, Washington, and ending at Key West, Florida, Paul traversed the 5,000 mile distance between the two farthest points in the contiguous United States.

should have known better
Revisado: 01-12-22
I tried this author and his Ap. Trail hike book...loaded with preaching and religious stuff.
Should have recalled the author and not paid for the biking book...same stuff. I am a Christian too but don't need to be preached too in a travel book.
Totally inappropriate...my bad for buying.

Historia
This is the exciting story about how the young American Republic established the United States Navy, Marine Corps and Revenue Cutter Service (the predecessor to the Coast Guard), designed and built the most powerful class of frigate in the world, trained its seamen in gunnery and naval warfare and gained battle experience in the Quasi-War with France in 1798-1800 and the Barbary War ("Shores of Tripoli") in 1801-1805.

absolutely stupid presentation
Revisado: 01-12-17
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
music lovers
What did you like best about this story?
never got to listen to much of it
How could the performance have been better?
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...DITCH THE CONSTANT SCREECHY BACKGROUND MUSIC
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes, I could turn it off.
Any additional comments?
I FEEL CHEATED ...... DID AUDIBLE KNOW THAT THIS READING HAS CONSTANT ANNOYING BACKGROUD MUSIC? THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TEXT! WHAT?
I should get a free book for this deception...and no one else should be subjected to it.
At nearly age 70 maybe I am not "into" the newest trends...but that music is just plain annoying and stupid.
DON'T get this book
