Historia
The original edition of Discipline Without Punishment introduced a positive approach for getting problem employees to meet - and often even exceed - job requirements. The book still delivers on that promise, and in this revised edition, Dick Grote provides new insights, along with sample dialogues, memos, and worksheets.

Good Approach to Discipline
Revisado: 01-08-22
Based on the Title I though this is another Liberal BS. But I was pleasantly surprised with the overall approach to Discipline without Punishment. The emphasis on making the people personally responsible is a better approach to Punishment with unpaid offs. It always helps make people take responsibility for their actions. It is good to get rid of bad apples that spoil the entire organization. I recommend this book to managers who supervise a small group of employees.

Goal Setting
Revisado: 12-28-21
This book provides some good guidelines and suggestions on setting and achieving goals. The authors suggestion to de-clutter your environment and organize it is helpful. Also, writing your goals in as much detail as possible is also a good one. Writing the goal as already achieved is also helpful. Overall, I liked the short book and the narration was also good. 👌

More relevant today than when it was written
Revisado: 12-27-21
This book is more relevant today than when it was written. We are living in a society that has abandoned personal responsibility and embraced blame game. Everything is somebody else's fault. Unless our society changes it's thinking and takes personal responsibility, we are marching on a suicidal path that leads to death and destruction.
This book is a must read for anyone infected with victim hood virus. It contains the cure to change the mindsets and make better people. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is willing to take responsibility for themselves.
