I thought this book was very well written fro. the experience of this author, however if you suffer from IC that does not deal with frequency as much as bladder spasms and burning some parts are incorrect. For example, doing Kegals is counterproductive for those with tight spastic pelvic floors and bladder spasms. Otherwise, she gives a lot great information regarding supplements, vitamins and herbs to take. I found the part about self advocacy to be very informative and could be useful.
