We didn't get too far into the book before we realized that the language wasn't to our taste. Mr. Pierce once again gave a masterful performance for what we heard. The story and subject matter could have been told and been just as compelling and riveting without the gratuitous f-bombs and other unnecessary foul language. We have listened to numerous similar books by other authors who were able to adequately convey the vulgarity that some may not find offensive without actually using it. It is simply a choice we have made.

great book untill the end

I was initially impressed with this writer. This was our first taste of his works. We were engaged and entertained until the end. The ending seemed to be rushed. it could have been drawn out for another whole book. It kind of left things resolved but only on the surface. We got the end of the story told but without much detail or sustance like that that was present throughout the first book an almost all of the second book.

This seems to me to be the most likely scenario of all of Mr. Goodwin's apocolitic books. All are great reads/listens but this seems to me the more likely chain of events of the coming judgment.
