Historia
For babies, like for all living things, being fed is best. But the current stringent focus on exclusive breastfeeding is putting some babies at risk by depriving parents of a full understanding of how to tell when breastfeeding alone doesn't provide enough—and what to do about it. Fed Is Best provides a clear-eyed look at the current messaging and latest scientific research around breastfeeding and formula feeding, to help parents make informed choices about how to best feed their baby based on their individual circumstances.

Life saving resource
Revisado: 10-15-24
As a physician, I can tell you without a doubt that the information in this book, if released earlier, would have saved so, so many mothers from guilt and heartache around feeding their babies. If released earlier, this book could have saved so many babies from serious (and for some, even lifelong) medical harm.
Now that this straight-forward and evidence- based resource is readily available, I implore you to please share with every parent, infant feeding/ lactation specialist, medical provider, child advocate, and friend that you know. Your very act could save a mom from heartache, or an infant from irreversible harm.
