Historia
In Boundaries for Leaders, Dr. Henry Cloud gives leaders the tools and techniques they need to achieve the performance they desire - in their organizations and in themselves. Drawing on the latest findings from neuroscience, Dr. Cloud shows why it's critical for leaders to set the conditions that make people's brains perform at their highest levels. How do great leaders do this? One way is through the creation of "boundaries" - structures that determine what will exist and what will not.

Relevant for All Levels of a Career Climb
Revisado: 04-27-24
2013? How was this written in 2013 when it is ever so relevant for today, this morning in fact. The Boundaries series has given me the framework to “Cut the cord” in business, and in life, when needed. Read it, gift it, repeat.

Historia
For the first time in history, we have instantaneous access to the world’s knowledge. There has never been a better time to learn, to contribute, and to improve ourselves. Yet, rather than feeling empowered, we are often left feeling overwhelmed by this constant influx of information. The very knowledge that was supposed to set us free has instead led to the paralyzing stress of believing we’ll never know or remember enough. Now, this eye-opening and accessible guide shows how you can easily create your own personal system for knowledge management, otherwise known as a Second Brain.

Methodical and Logical
Revisado: 04-14-24
I first purchased this book in print and began reading over holiday. Eager to implement what I was learning, I was extremely short on time. Skeptical of how a book on this topic would translate to an audiobook, I went for it anyway, knowing I had the book in print to reference. I was surprised at the concepts came through clearly and easily understood through the audiobook format. Happy to have completed the book and will continue to pull concepts into my daily life.

Appreciate the structure and efficiency of the guide book. The concept is easy to grasp and the author elaborates in areas that are helpful to break repeating digital method habits.
