Wrong Narrator
Revisado: 03-01-14
How could the performance have been better?
The Narrator wiffed it bad on this one. As I regret to say he's doing with the rest of the Recluse books. He doesn't seem to get the characters he's reading and just isn't very good in general.

Historia
"Three knives were buried up to their brass cross guards in the man's chest. Richard recognized the knife handles. All three were the style carried by the men of the First File. He looked from those blades that should have killed the big man, up to his face. That was when he realized the true horror of the situation, and the reason for the unbearable stench of death." Sequel to the #1 New York Times best seller The Omen Machine.

Dreadful
Revisado: 09-16-13
What did you like best about The Third Kingdom? What did you like least?
12 hours in and i could tell you the entire story in 15 minutes without leaving out any important details. I love the Sword of truth because at least in that series when he started to ramble at least you had an over arching moral (wizards rule) to hang onto. I listen to books to stay awake at work and this one nearly got me in trouble. Good grief, I'm not even sure I can finish it.
What could Terry Goodkind have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Severely condense the content. Quit milking me for my money. I'll buy your books just don't spend 3 books telling the story of one like you did with the Chainfire trilogy.

Historia
Six of these tales are set in the author's signature world of the Ekumen, a world made familiar in her award-winning novel The Left Hand of Darkness. The title story was hailed by Publisher's Weekly as "remarkable...a standout." Paradises Lost is a mesmerizing novella of space exploration and the pursuit of happiness. These stories explore complex social interactions, troublesome issues of gender and sex, and the meaning of transformation, religion, and history.

Some of the content is a bit adult. If you think thats a problem that may be its only flaw.
