Great listening.
Revisado: 02-17-10
Great, great philosophy, it changed and improved my life for the better. Beware two things. First, at least for me was not very easy to grasp every concepts and the overall significance. I had to listen several times. Secondly puts in doubt the cardinals beliefs of your religion whether it'd be Christian, or otherwise. Thanks Ayn Rand!!!

Historia
This course addresses some of the eternal questions that man has grappled with since the beginning of time. What is good? What is bad? Why is justice important? Why is it better to be good and just than it is to be bad and unjust? Most human beings have the faculty to discern between right and wrong, good and bad behavior, and to make judgments over what is just and what is unjust. But why are ethics important to us?

Historia
In this live lecture, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer explores intention as an all-pervading force in the universe that allows the act of creation to take place. Intention, he explains, is not something you do, but an energy you're a part of. Not only do you emanate from the field of intention, but if you align yourself to it, your desires become fulfilled and you find yourself at peace.

Great book but not an easy one.
Revisado: 08-16-09
It is definitely a great book but in order to really understand the concepts expressed by the author you should approach it the right way. I mean that if you experienced some of the things described by the author, like intuition, etc. in that case you can better grasp the profound concepts conveyed by Dr. Wayne otherwise if you have a big ego you cannot gather anything.

Do judges deduce their decisions from legal rules and principles, or do they decide cases based on what is fair given the facts at hand? The latter view, held by Legal Realists, serves as the starting point for Professor Stephen Mathis's eye-opening look at how judges reason. In this compelling lecture series, the esteemed professor addresses such as whether the law is distinct form morality.

Just a Philosophy of Law book.
Revisado: 04-12-09
Good but not an exceptional book. You get the same topics that you will have at College of Law, no less no more. Different than a book on how judges reason when devise a verdict.
