Solid story

I enjoyed it this series immensely however could you use some corrections on some of the Marines interaction rank and the like. The only GySgt to be a platoon sergeant in the infantry are Weapons Platoon Sergeants in the Battalions. Along with the fact that Sgt’s are squad leaders. Keep writing but when writing about about different services. Collaborate with an expert.

A political trope

I disliked the authors desire to push a political agenda. No matter how much I have enjoyed his works his afterward just left a bad taste in my mouth. The story was solid along with the narration to the point one could overlook the political progressive innuendoes throughout the book. However the whitish dialogue at the end was completely unnecessary and doesn’t age well at all. I will never again purchase one of his books which is a shame because he use to be at the top of my list. - Disappointed

AI could do better, its horrible

Donovan and Hayeden provide six books that are completely disconnected from chapter to chapter. Something happens in a chapter the next chapter somehow its completely different. Furthermore, horrible understanding of essential functioning of Miliary equipment or concept of the subject matter as a whole. I'd guess little to no research took place. I listened to all to write a review based on the whole Boxset, trust me it never gets better. My suggestion is that their are much better books out their.

This Author always delivers

Especially with RC Bray at the mic. Was skeptical to pick up a new series. Thinking it would be nowhere near as good as Skippy and the merry band of Pirates. But totally holds its own three down and looking for that next book to come out.

Wonderful yet ruined

What a great idea for a SiFi journey. Picked it up with great expectations and it started right down that road. Until the author begins to slip in subtle context of a alternate agenda revolving around the evils of capitalism and the need to embrace the current liberal dogma. Disappointing, nothing wrong with multiple viewpoints but this is an extreme push of idealism disguised in a sifi package. Some will love it I did not.

Well thought out, good background research. Enjoyed both the story and the performance. Many who write in this genre fall incredible short, Jay Falconer doesn’t.
