Solid

As a sci-fi nurd who's read the entire expanse series, I gotta say Taylor delivers. The climax could have been alittle more dramatic in my taste though. The characters are likable, believable and act rationally (something I find lacking in most new works). Could have hadde some more world building also. The narrator is gold when acting male characters, but came off abit funny when trying to speak as the female characters. Very goodwill overall anyway 4.0/5

Historia
For someone who didn't intend to wreck the solar system's fragile balance of power, Jim Holden did a pretty good job of it.While Earth and Mars have stopped shooting each other, the core alliance is shattered. The outer planets and the Belt are uncertain in their new - possibly temporary - autonomy. Then, on one of Jupiter's moons, a single super-soldier attacks, slaughtering soldiers of Earth and Mars indiscriminately and reigniting the war.

Get sucked into this realistic, yet amazing world set in the not do distant future. Humanity is splitting into factions across the solar system, a great but terrible discovery leads to the brink of war for all of them. We follow select characters who manage to get in the middle of it. It's tense, charming and fun. The characters Are memorable and distinct. A realistic approach to spaceflight, physics and generally every aspect og human settlement of space is weaved perfectly into human interactions. Fantastic!
