I have read numerous and recent books and was very impressed by the contents of this book. It doesn’t have in depth scientific explanations but offers extremely useful recommendations that are not offered by your “oh so helpful” ophthalmologist. I found this book to be beyond it’s time.
I am extremely grateful for finding this book and for the authors work in this subject. Everyone suffering from an degenerated eye disorder should at least know there are these options!!!
