Loved this Western Romance
Revisado: 08-18-23
This story had me laughing out loud. Ruth was one tough God-fearing woman. I loved the way she put her trust in God throughout all the situations her and Dylan faced. It is a very entertaining and lovable story. The narrator did a great job! There are a lot of spiritual lessons.

Historia
Hannah is no longer a young woman. In the twilight of her life, she holds her memories close to her heart. Above all, she treasures the miracle of conceiving Samuel after years of barrenness and the promise she made to the Lord to release her child to the high priest Eli’s care to train and serve in the temple. But Samuel’s story does not end at the gates of the temple and neither does his family’s enduring legacy of faith, patience, and deliverance.

Loved This Story
Revisado: 12-15-22
I enjoyed the way the author weaved this story into intrigue. Hannah is one of my favorites and the abuse she endured speaks to her Godly trust. I also liked the betrayal and forgiveness factor. so many of us make hugh mistakes that others are not willing to forgive.

Good cliff hangers
Revisado: 09-03-22
Overall it was a good story. it kept my attention til the end. I know that times were hard back then and sometimes cruel, however this story had too much death for me. Although the ending was a happy one, there were still a lot of loose ends left unanswered. The mean uncle for instance. We never find out what his real deal was. The nice uncle that loved his mother. What was the grandmother's secrets and so on.

The main character's story is our story. We believe, or so we say we believe but are we committed. Do we really seek to know Him. This book will make you question yourself and what you truly believe.
