I think so, though this was a little plodding, the story was inventive and the descriptions were vivid.
What aspect of George Guidall’s performance would you have changed?
I am not sure whether it was the slow pace of the story development or his style but the experience of listening was slow and laborious.
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Absolutely.

It is very informative, though a bit hard to absorb as an audio book.

The description of the devolution of art and the dominance of the critical thought of the times.

I'm listening for the third time and yet keep expecting the story to continue. The characters are friends and left me wanting more. Funny, clever, sweet--my commute flies by in the best of company.
