The fmc is not consistent. She's supposed to be strong but doesn't stand up for herself?? The mmc is supposed to be a big mafia leader but isn't smart enough to figure anything out?? The book should also have tws about s.a. and kidnapping. Why does this book idealize getting kidnapped and sold at a auction. Some dark romance do kidnaping good and don't idealize anything. But not this book. I do not recommend look on Pinterest or tiktok for a better book.

I loved the plot until about 50 % in. I have never read a more (excuse my language) stupid fmc. She no sense of self preservation and acts like she doesn't not know how to use her brain cells. The plot had soo much potential until she started making decisions. I won't not recommend you read this book unless you want to be upset at yourself.
