This book is a life changer. It’s like someone wrote a book about my day to day life and put in a consumable format. Details actions steps, etc. etc. After a really terrible week as a 37 y/o man, professional creative, and with a wife and 4 kids, to say that I stumbled across this book at the exact right time I needed is a MAJOR understatement. Phase 1 for me was working up the courage to ask my Dr. for ADHD medication and after a full year on it, I now have the headspace to start Phase 2 after having read this book. Thanks so much to the authors and narrators.
