I love ghost books that offer this level of detail and variety of information about them. I wish the chapter on dark energy would have been longer but overall I really enjoyed this. Finished in 3 days.

This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and keep you guessing. I was sucked in immediately and ended up finishing the entire book in one day. So so good. Great job to both the author and the narrator.

Couldn't get past Chapter 8

I found this author and loved his style so this is the second book of his I tried. Now I'm into Chapter 8 and I'm so sick of hearing about the baby I give up. This isn't a baby book- it's a scary book and the narrator sounds like a kindergarten teacher. I'll delete this review out of respect for the author but wanted to share my feedback in case of future edits.

The main character is too much

I gave up with 4 hours to go. The main female character is so annoying I get in a bad mood and the book isn't pleasurable. At one point she was given the offer to go home and found myself thinking PLEASE go!!
She willingly put herself into this situation and then the story revolves around her constantly freaking out. Would have been so much more fun if she could get a grip. I tried telling myself it was the era but the main character does other things that are not era-appropriate. Ugh. Sorry I so wanted to enjoy this.

Sex Book or Self Help?

I seldom am irritated enough to write a review but is this author a 15 year old boy or what? The constant constant CONSTANT sexual references feel so immature and distracting. Just when she starts to make an impact, here comes the "let's get off" sexual remarks. Maybe shadow work should appropriately contain a couple dedicated chapters on sexuality but listening to this book is like hanging out with a sex addict guy that can't get through a complete a thought without some annoying sexual remark. EVOLVE please.
