Historia
The world’s greatest bodybuilder. The world’s highest-paid movie star. The leader of the world’s sixth-largest economy. That these are the same person sounds like the setup to a joke, but this is no joke. This is Arnold Schwarzenegger. And this did not happen by accident. Arnold’s stratospheric success happened as part of a process. As the result of clear vision, big thinking, hard work, direct communication, resilient problem-solving, open-minded curiosity, and a commitment to giving back. All of it guided by the one lesson Arnold’s father hammered into him above all: be useful.

Historia
The epic true story of an extreme athlete, a stray dog, and how they found each other—now a major motion picture from Lionsgate starring Mark Walhberg and Simu Liu. When you're racing 435 miles through the jungles and mountains of South America, the last thing you need is a stray dog tagging along. But that's exactly what happened to Mikael Lindnord, captain of a Swedish adventure racing team, when he threw a scruffy but dignified mongrel a meatball one afternoon.

great information
Revisado: 12-14-22
the techniques presented are solid. i have been skiing for many years with some breaks in the mix. I thought i was a decent skier, but along the way realized i was a defensive skier. i would have good runs and not so good runs. the information on techniques presented here is very encouraging. i just spent three days at Wolf Creek and I am going back in 4 weeks. I will be working on these techniques. well worth the time to listen no mater what level of skier you are or think you are.
