Liked the format and simplicity. It does take time to prepare for each day, but Haylie covers how to make it easier. It is great that she does this all with real food, and gives input on how to use it in the context of a real life.
Very interested in where this will take me in 3 more weeks.

I appreciated Helen's human struggle with the problem with weight loss. Her steeled resolve in recapturing her "fighting weight" was a great example of how difficult it can be, easy yet problematic rationalizations, and ultimate determination to change the game and achieve her goal. This has been an inspiration to me.
