Historia
As the battle rages, the First Amendment right of freedom of speech that protects people’s right to say unpopular things without government interference and the right to refuse to say things the government wants said is being called into question. The minority group argues that it is their right to “self-identify” as whatever they wish in order to accommodate their thoughts and feelings instead of accepting their bodily realities, thereby defying biological design in the process.

Historia
Do you find it hard to get good service when you call an 800 number? Written with humor and honesty, this audiobook explains what's happening on the other end of the line. But it also offers solutions. The author appeals not only to customer service representatives (CSRs) but also to anyone who works with people. He shows how even the most mundane job can become an adventure if you practice the Three-Way CSR Conversation and let God serve others through you.

This has been an incredible listen. Wonderful examples for anyone working with people not just customers. I would have never thought that the imitation of Christ would work in customer service. The author has proved me wrong. Every one, for personal or professional improvement, should read or listen to this book. OUTSTANDING!

It's called 24, by Dr. Adrienne T. Hunter
I found the book very well thought out and well written. The way the author speaks and the way the author has written the book was very sound. Dr. Hunter focuses on practical applications of applying the books principles in life. But make no mistake she points the way but only you are responsible for its loss (time).
