Historia
Douglas Murray, #1 international bestselling author and renowned cultural commentator, confronts arguably the most pressing question of our time: Why are Western supporters of Palestine unwittingly aligning with an evil empire? The campus left frames the violent hostilities as white colonialists committing genocide. Yet only a third of Israelis are Ashkenazi Jews of European ancestry. Murray argues that the conflict is not a simple tale of oppressor versus oppressed, but a clash between a thriving multi-racial democracy and a death cult bent on its destruction.

Murray’s finest work yet!
Revisado: 04-27-25
The world’s most sane person making sense of insanity.
Turning a firsthand documentary into a riveting novel takes talent. This work is meticulously detailed, punctiliously written and narrated with aplomb by the author as no one else can.
I thought that I had a working knowledge of the subject, but apparently, there is so much that I was uninformed about.
And then there are the global implications that Murray tackles with such clarity that he can change your paradigm.
He is a gift to humanity and will undoubtedly go down in history as one of the most consequential authors and thinkers of the twenty first century.

Historia
Dennis Prager, author of The Rational Bible - which, upon its first publication, was the number one bestselling non-fiction book in America - turns his attention to the Haggadah, the book used for the most widely celebrated Jewish ritual, the Passover Seder. As with Prager’s multi-volume commentary on the Torah, the explanations included with this Haggadah are equally valuable for religious and non-religious Jews, as well as for non-Jews. It provides enough thought-provoking ideas and insights to last the reader a lifetime.

Not Prager’s best effort
Revisado: 04-14-25
I’m a big fan of Dennis Prager and have already listened to his four released Rational Bible series as well as his other publications (in addition to almost all his PragerU Fireside chats). While this volume is worth purchasing just for the essays it contains, it is in my opinion generally light on explaining the text. Dennis allowed much of the material to simply be read through when there are treasure troves of available deep content that he could have touched on.
Mel Foster does a great job reading the Rational Bible series. He does well here with the English material and makes a yeoman’s effort on the Hebrew readings. But with so much Hebrew text to work through, a native traditional Hebrew speaker would have been a preferable choice for this volume.

Historia
Follow the Science recounts, in exacting detail, how far the pharmaceutical industry and its supporters in medicine, media, and government will go to protect their profits. Attkisson provides shocking examples that reveal the disturbing callousness our government, public health officials, and top researchers are capable of when it comes to the most vulnerable among us. And she explains, in a graphic sense, how some of the most trusted within our society are willing to commit life-threatening ethics violations.

Historia
Terminal lucidity is a relatively common but poorly understood phenomenon. Near the end of life, many people—including those who have suffered brain injuries or strokes, or have been silenced by mental illness or deep dementia—experience what seems a miraculous return. They regain their clarity and energy, are able to talk with families and caregivers, recall their lives and often appear to be aware of their nearing death.

Life changing
Revisado: 09-14-24
We have all encountered written and video testimonials about people who shouldn’t be able to be mentally functional but are.
Dr. Alexander systematically and scientifically analyzes these phenomena. His analysis are quite sobering and important. There is a lot more to existence than science can attribute.
A bit verbose but life alteringly important.
Note to the author: Your book can’t easily be found in Amazon search. This was my experience with the US based Amazon app.
Love the book cover design.

Revisado: 06-28-24
Some people may find it a slog to go through all the chapters where Professor Meyer takes on theory after theory. For them I recommend reading the last two chapters where Professor Meyer summarizes and satisfyingly concludes.
But if you want to delve into the details of the latest theories of the universe and existence, you have a full course meal to absorb. It is the few like Professor Meyer who seek the truth for truth sake.

Leftist mindset that thinks that all non-conformist views are “Conspiracy Theories”. While some foolish ideas on the right or the left can easily be debunked, there are plenty of real conspiracies that have been proven these past years. Just keep your eyes wide open and don’t believe everything, not even from conspiracy debunkers.

Bright and Woke.
Revisado: 06-02-24
The subtitle “How Earth's Celestial Companion Transformed the Planet, Guided Evolution, and Made Us Who We Are” is covered in the first two chapters. The majority of the rest of the book would be more aptly titled “Man’s History of the Moon”or perhaps Rebecca would prefer “Persons History of the Moon”
The book is well researched but she felt that she covered all the Sceince up front so let’s fill the rest with historical poetic fluff. Don’t get me wrong, it’s well researched and I was surprised to learn about Mesopotamian advances in the calendar.
Ms. Boyle also manages to make her Woke sentiments known throughout. Perhaps in her next book, she would do well to just stick to the facts.

In this seminal work that has spent more than 30 years in print, Dennis Prager and Joseph Telushkin explain the reasons behind anti-Semitism, the world's preoccupation with the Jews and Israel, and why now more than ever the world needs to confront anti-Jewish sentiment. Prager and Telushkin examine in detail how anti-Semitism is a unique hatred - no other prejudice has been as universal, deep, or permanent - and how the concept of the "chosen people" spawned that hatred.

Historia
Herman Melville is one of the greatest figures in literary history. His classic Moby Dick is generally considered the finest novel ever written by an American. Yet in Melville’s day, Typee was a far more popular book. Largely autobiographical, this classic adventure story is set in the South Seas, where a runaway sailor is captured by the Typees. Described as “a fierce and unrelenting tribe of savages," the islanders have no intention of letting their captive go.
