Clare Pooley presents her story of becoming sober-minded in a way that makes me just want to hug her and say oh thank you. She weaves a good amount of well-researched science throughout her personal story that is written in an intelligent, clever, and amusing manner. The narration on this audible version is spot-on. Whether you want to quit drinking or just want to cut back, you cannot go wrong with Clare Pooley as your sober-minded, very human, friend.
