This is probably the most helpful book for me that I have ever listened to terms of improving my health. I have been listening to Shaun's podcasts for several years and bought the 1st edition of this book last year. the author is very entertaining and enjoyable to listen to/listen. More importantly, though, is the advice he gives. This book has helped me out in ways other than sleeping. I was fortunate enough to get an advance copy of this edition and even the new material here is great! A true testament of my loyalty to the author has been that even though he has great guests on his show that also do podcasts, the author is still the only one I listen to on a regular basis.
