Essentially what you’re listening to is a person vocally expressing positive affirmations and you pretty much just repeat after the sentence that is said aloud. The affirmations shared are good to constantly refer back too and for this audiobook being only 33 minutes for free, I have to say you should check it out

I definitely wish I learned about this book in middle school. If I’m being honest, this book described investment jargon in a simplified manner. I listened to this book while I was cleaning and I learned so much
