The nasal, robotic voice for Morgan drove me crazy, and I didn’t love the goofy voice for Miller. But that aside, great story.

Great mystery thriller

Inspiring for anyone, already good with money or not!

This book was revolutionary for me! Some things that stood out in particular was “overwhelm is a habit”, you must never negotiate with your usual bad habits, and you must get comfortable negotiating in business. Will be applying this book to all areas of my life and have been doing much intention/spiritual work already. Deeply grateful for this wisdom and inspiration!

Hard to follow robot

Without giving it away, it’s hard to follow the dialogue between the robotic tester and what’s being said by the main character. Might be better as a book book, don’t recommend for an audio book.

Relatable

If you’ve struggled with codependency or additions of any kind - even shopping, eating, exercising, or any substance - this book is for you! This book so accurately illustrates what it’s like to be in it AND to come through it. Highly recommend this book and EMDR therapy and CODA (codependents anonymous) for anyone going through this right now. There is hope and LIFE ahead of you!

SO GOOD I bought a paperback copy too

I’ve never needed to hear something so much and this came at just the right time. I ended up buying a physical copy shortly after getting into the audio because I want to have this available to reference later. It’s SO GOOD!

The way she blends a perfect mix of lessons, stories, and examples helped me see so clearly exactly where I need boundaries, that I CAN do this, and helped me feel enough compassion for myself to WANT to do this. I started having some of the hard conversations and doing the exercises since and they WORK. It’s already positively changing my self concept and relationships, some for better and some to say goodbye. Highly recommend this book!!

Necessary read!

I had no idea I was making people feel so unseen and invalidated by relating to them. I had no idea what a powerful gift I can be giving to someone by letting them be heard and validated, fully, without helping or fixing or relating. This book was great and has helped me become a much better listener already. Or at least one who’s aware and consciously practicing. Thank you for this awesome book!
