Enjoyed the story. Interesting characters and the science was cool if a bit glossed over in the story. The appendices could have been incorporated into the story. Scenes seemed descriptive for the sake of being descriptive…over does detail where not really needed. And why do sci-fi authors insist on things “despite” or “in spite” of the character…
