I am a oman who tinks too much! I overthink. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks because we own a business and stress is inevitable or this is what I thought! This and a few other books have helped me so much to become a better professional person without stressing so muvu and trusting the process of life! Thank you for this great book! It helps you to understand and let go of lots of unnecessary thoughts and to control them in order to live your life to the fullest!
