This book has a lot of helpful advice if you are struggling with cleaning and taking care of yourself. It had a lot of things I already do but a lot I didn’t think of. It’s short and sweet!

Worth the read

I really didn’t think I would get much from this book but boy was I wrong. Although I couldn’t relate to everything I feel like I had huge growth in areas I felt stuck in before. I have been recommending this book a ton! I wish everybody would read it.
