Historia
Pocket Change Collective is a series of small books with big ideas from today's leading activists and artists. In this installment, Beyond the Gender Binary, Alok Vaid-Menon challenges the world to see gender not in black and white, but in full color. Taking from their own experiences as a gender-nonconforming artist, they show us that gender is a malleable and creative form of expression. The only limit is your imagination.

If there were more than 5 stars, I'd use them all!

This is an amazing book, it should be included in school programs, it should be read by every person. Alok V. Menon has the power of clarity, delicateness and compassion with every word coming out of him. That's amazing.

Historia
The ugly truth about diversity is that some people worry they must give up their power for others to have a chance. La’Wana Harris’s Inclusion Coaching method helps people realize that sharing power isn’t the same as losing it. The elephant in the room with diversity work is that people with privilege must use it to allow others equal access to power. This is often why diversity efforts falter - people believe in diversity until they feel that they have to give something up.

This is a very good book not only for those operating in Diversity and Inclusion but for anyone in general. The narration is also very good and catches the listener's attention.

The solid base of every organization is its employees. This is where the role of human resource professionals commences. To make their organization a force to reckon with, they need to recruit different candidates who are diverse in their cultural heritage, caste, sex, and even social-economic status.

I love this topic (DEIB), but I have read other books that are more ground-breaking in this sense and the narration of this one is very (VERY) monotone and boring - sorry to say.
