I found this book to be very useful. The beginning of the book talks about who the book is for and what anxiety really is. As you move through the 8-week of solutions it provides you with so many great tools and techniques to help you live a better life without being hindered by your anxiety. I found this book to be very useful.

A good book that provide a handful of passive income steam ideas. However, most of the ideas are geared or focused on special talents. For example. the book talks about writing music and getting royalty income. If you don't know anything about writing music, it really doesn't apply to you. Otherwise, the book is good enough to get your brainstorming ideas going.
