If you don’t pull it together and get a grip, you know you will be alone soon. Fearing rejection and abandonment, a person with the fearful-avoidant attachment style is passive-aggressive and has a hard time seeing their own worth. They question love and their actions are confusing to their partner.

Misleading title

This is a misleading title. The content appears to be the exact same as the other titles by this author about the other attachment styles. This is about all attachment styles, with no particular focus on fearful avoidant. I wanted a book focused only on fearful avoidant attachment style. A specialized book.
All of the books in the series appear to be the same but purport to be focused on one attachment style.
Given the sensitivity and of this subject matter, I actually feel exploited.
Also, the narrator sounds like an upbeat professional cheerleader at a football game. Awful.
