Thank you to Dan and his team for delivering the audio version of a book that has been my guid! I have read ORBiT many times, given it as a gift to my leadership teams, and anyone else that is aspiring to lead others. Dan has a unique approach to bringing about behavioral change that really works. His system does involve investment on the part of you the leader/trainer but that investment saves a multitude of time and energy on the back end. Great read(and now listen). I cannot wait for his next book!!
